Day #4 of Our Move to Texas

March 15. Couldn't get into our apartment in Round Rock because we got there after the office closed. As usual, every hotel room was booked, there were 3 conventions in Austin (one was a big annual music convention). We had to stay in a hotel in Salado, TX 1/2 hour north of Round Rock just to get a room.






The next morning we checked into our apartment, only to find that the carpet needed to be replaced :( Fortunately they took care of it that afternoon. We went for dinner at a Mexican restaurant, met the manager, and learned that he and Robb went to the same highschool, but missed each other by one summer!

In all, our apartment is MUCH nicer than we expected, and much less than in Ontario!
