Texas Flood!

It has been one of the worst rainy seasons in this area. A week before 4th of July Marble Falls got 18 inches of rain over night!! All the lakes, rivers, creeks, etc were bursting over their banks. As of today, July 15th, they're still huge and off-limits. There's been some rain since, but that one storm is what did the trick. Although there was no damage in Round Rock, our "creek" (it's more like a small river), called Brushy Creek was affected. On Independence Day we explored the aftermath.

This is Brushy Creek running over one of the bridges!

Destruction caused by the flood! Totally uprooted this tree.
