For quite a while now Kh has been very into drawing. She draws a lot and likes drawing things from different perspectives. I have no drawing ability and Robb doesn't have time to work with her so I decided she needed to take art lessons. In September both girls started taking an art class. They do pencil drawing, pastels, and watercolor. Here are a few of their creations.
This is Kristana's first watercolor picture. You can see a lot of improvement from the painting of the rooster to the painting of the grass. Because of her broken arm she hasn't been able to do as much in class. For a few weeks she used her left hand. Now she is using her right hand but with the cast it is still more difficult.
This is Kaylah's pastel picture. Even the owner of the art school was very impressed with this picture. He said that this was as good of a job as could be done with pastels for this kind of picture.
