This year Kaylah chose to have an Art Party. It was a very fun theme and all the girls had a lot of fun. I got some newsprint end rolls and covered the floor and tables with it. Of course no one dripped any paint on the paper, just on the far end of the kitchen where I didn't think it would need to be covered. We decorated around the house with pictures the girls had done.
While the girls were arriving they got to decorate a place at one of the tables. I figured they would like drawing on the paper on the floor also, but I guess they didn't hear me tell them they could.

Then we played Paint the Pallet. Each girl had their own circle that they were to paint with their unique color. It was pretty funny. One girl even tried to color on one of the other girls.
Then came the main project. Each girl got to paint a picture of her name and themed pictures such as beach, fashion or princess. They had a blast doing this, and they did a great job.We had a few other little activities but we didn't have time to do them.

What a great theme! How fun! Did the girls design those boards or were they pre-done? Very very cute!
Awww, looks like so much fun! I can't believe your baby is 9. We miss you guys so much...want to come to Cali in Oct. for Madison's Baptism? ;) Wish you could be here!
