Central Texas Grass Care 101

I forgot to include this with the grass cut post. 

Here is how to care for a lawn, Central Texas style:

Rule 1-Use the cheapest grass you can find (grass that is considered a weed in the western states).

Rule 2-Water your grass twice.........a year. Ok well that's an exaggeration. Water your grass twice..........a month. Yeah that should work.......r-r-right? (are we allowed to use water in Texas?)

Rule 3-Pay a lawn care business to fill your lawn full of chemicals once a week and pretend it makes your lawn green and weed-free.

Rule 4-It is ok to have an ugly lawn. But don't let your weeds get TOO tall if you live in Hutto or they'll send the police for you!
